The company was good once I joined in 2021. Later it became horrible.

Unfortunately the employers and senior Bosses are absolutely irresponsible and corrupted. They entertain only office politics. Again and again they do lay off multiple times in a year. Job security is zero. They least bother about employees.

Company is really good by the middle and upper management is not actually. Even owners were too good but the management they have hired is very average level & they don't inform the owners real picture.

Favouritism by middle & higher management, that should be 0 in any company if they want to sustain in long run. Favouritism kills equal opportunity for all and tries to demotivate Real talented employees to contribute property. Good employees don't get incentives and promotion on time due to this favouritism

Good work-life balance, with solid business verticals, and clear thought process of leaders about the company's goals and the path to achieve the goals, so less ambiguity and surprises in work life. And everybody has the same goals in mind.

Dislikes

Company culture has been stagnating with mainly maintenance work. The company is expanding by hiring more senior folks than there are junior folks, which should have been more pyramid in structure. Depending on your internal teams, learnings differ. Might as well work with cutting-edge audio-video channels to manage the CRM tools, so work differs.

If you have a good relationship with your managers, you can definitely get a good hike and appraisal.

Politics. If you don't do any work, but know how to talk loudly, you will be fine. You don't get credit for your work if you sit silently and don't talk at all. Only those who know how to talk are in the limelight. The silent works don't get any recognition.
