Its a young team, you have scope to implement new ideas but the resources are very limited and the job security is terrible.

It's a start up, so there will be issues w.r.t to work -life balance, but even though you give your 100% the job security is terrible in the company right now.

I was POC for a unique feature of the product called Math Box, I developed the content for training and academic purposes and also looked into the analytics part of the curriculum department. I loved the analytics part of my role.

Incompetent managers, favoritism, politics, no growth, vertical or in learning, bias in promotions, no timely appraisals, the close knit top management thinks rest of the employees are bunch of fools. Power given to unskilled people who are just there because of knowing some one from the top brass. Their blunders are ignored n associate level employees suffer in one way or the other in the end either by firing for cost-cutting or no appraisals for cost-cutting....Read More
