Cubes International logistics is a firm in which the employees have more freedom and less stress compared to the competitors

Dislikes

Not good to provide benefits like bonus & there is no proper evaluation of employee perfomance. Hence the increment and all depends upon the management decision without any proper data analysis

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
