Everything. Teammates - not supportive, discouraging. Training - No Trainings given, not even planned. Job Security - It is good as the whole company is based on Siebel. Career growth - Growth will happen only in initial years of joining, once you know the functionality, there is nothing to do. Salary/Appraisal - Fake CTC, they will include gratuity, leave balance etc. to show a handsome CTC. Travel - No onsite as it is booked for bootlickers, mostly running on Indian clients. Even in pandemic, they called everyone to office and many people got Covid positive. Politics - I can write a book, Mental torcher is a common thing here. Work environment - Toxic, Stay away from this company. Innovation - No time given to employees to use their own mind. Whatever is being assigned, just do it. Nothing innovative here. 1. No proper hierarchy. 2. Mental harassment by management people. 3. Sir/Madam culture. 4. No Professionalism. 5. No proper exit process from company. You have to beg for your resignation acceptance mail and full and final settlement.

Its a small company growing at a quick pace by offering quality service over quantity to its clients, Best part about working in it is the learning opportunities and salary compensation. They pay you more than the market price and give you ample opportunities to learn, lead and grow if you have that desire in you.

Dislikes

Being a small company, there is always uncertainity about the project's future, relocations etc because Indian clients usually go after economics and brand name rather than quality however that disadvantage is also decreasing as the company is growing and establishing its regional offices.

I have been assigned different roles in the company based on the client need and requirement viz technical developer, solution architect, team lead etc for Siebel CRM implementation.
