Salary/Appraisal - Fake CTC, they willinclude gratuity, leave balance etc. to show a handsome CTC. Travel - No onsite as it is booked for bootlickers, mostly running on Indian clients. Even in pandemic, they called everyone to office and many people got Covid positive. Politics - I can write a book, Mental torcher is a common thing here. Being a small company, there is always uncertainity about the project's future, relocations etc because Indian clients usually go after economics and brand name rather than quality however that disadvantage is also decreasing as the company is growing and establishing its regional offices.
