1. Job security is good, even in COVID times, we were hiring not firing people. 2. Company policies are some what good. Although not just one or two companies, every company change policy with time to introduce new things. 3. Work culture is good, well somehow it also depend on which project/client you are working with.Well I didn't face issue in working in any of the project/client. 4. The best is learning. Just the things is we are mainly based on Siebel CRM, which is actually a bit old tech, the things not everyone knows that Siebel is actually used in lot of spaces.
