Just the things is we are mainly based on Siebel CRM, which is actually a bit old tech, the things not everyone knows that Siebel is actually used in lot of spaces. I am a full stack developer, developing on and at multiple layers of application. Building new process and architectures from scratch. Job includes knowledge of DB, API, JS and some innovative ideas.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Everything. Teammates - not supportive, discouraging. Training - No Trainings given, not even planned. Job Security - It is good as the whole company is based on Siebel. Career growth - Growth will happen only in initial years of joining, once you know the functionality, there is nothing to do. Salary/Appraisal - Fake CTC, they will include gratuity, leave balance etc. to show a handsome CTC. Travel - No onsite as it is booked for bootlickers, mostly running on Indian clients. Even in pandemic, they called everyone to office and many people got Covid positive. Politics - I can write a book, Mental torcher is a common thing here. Work environment - Toxic, Stay away from this company. Innovation - No time given to employees to use their own mind. Whatever is being assigned, just do it. Nothing innovative here. Sir/Madam culture. Poor management. HR are puppets and have no values. Doing Code mistakes here, is a crime. No support of experienced colleagues. Even in pandemic, work from office. No gym,no cafeteria,no soft skill training.
