CTE International is a place full of fun, challenges, learning and support of staff on everything. We used to have high and tight deadlines, and sometimes, sudden movie plan during break as well, office location is cool and inspirational, community and people around it encourages everyone.

Dislikes

Still required more challenges, work culture can be more aligned.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
