I worked here for a couple of years. Just had lot of pressure to handle. CTD takes all the benefits that client provides... No bonus no benefit. Hike culture is very bad... You will receive hike call only when you put your resignation. Management is not organised.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
