The company is open to innovation and technology, I love the fact that i was part of the enthusiastic team that markets r&d technologies, high-innovative products, nuclear energy experts ,,I also like employee re-hire policy here.

Work Details

As a Senior Mechanical design and development engineer- I worked for many central govn and non govn projects which was related from nuclear power to commercial products.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
