Compension is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend Clint calls in the evining and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an Individuals unique straight which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.I do recive appreciation emails from my Clint but they mostely go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal also their is no.on job training for fresher hence serious folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometime....Read More
