I get to learn new aspects of coding here and had a good experience in doing coding, had good understanding of process.

Dislikes

Negative environment in the company due to worst politics and working pattern. Lack of leadership or can call it negatively driven leadership, it leads to end our interest in doing the work. Promotions means nothing here in this company whenever the management wants to have someone to fill the position they will promote anyone for that position without looking there performance or certification or can say eligibility and ability, in simple words just need to fill the place when they want. 9 out of 10 employee will say the same about this company.
