Nothing at all. Everything and everyone in this company is a so so bad

These are just some bunch of morons sitting as the management of this company with a weird superiority complex. They wont even greet you back in morning and evening. The work culture here feels like slavery and the atmosphere is like somebody died here, EVERY SINGLE DAY. You will regret your decision of choosing to work here every single minute. They will tell you senseless things about their achievements and legacy and what not but trust me, it’s all horse shit. All they do is make fools out of their cuatomers and their employees and feed on that. They only have a few (4-5) people who work here permanently as everybody else who joins them leaves within days, including me. They will give you close to no training and then ask you to go to the field alone and will literally harass you if you fail to sel anything in the first two days itself. IT WILL BE MY SINCERE REQUEST TO ANYBODY READING THIS, PLEASE CHOOSE TO BE UNEMPLOYED RATHER THAN CHOOSING TO WORK WITH THESE F*CKERS. They will find 10000 ways of cutting your salary. And as soon as you are gonna hit your one month mark, they will kick you out of the company on performance basis without even paying you a single penny. This is not an organisation that will last long. I want to drag them to court and put a full stop to this foolishness all for once but thats a discussion for some another day. The company culture is too bad, there are only working 3,4 selected people not more then that. There is no one in HR department here and whoever comes here leaves the company within 1 to 2 months because of the work culture. Disgusting behaviour of senior person to employees.
