Product is value for money and is the only asset they have....

Dislikes

Employee is treated as a liability and not an asset... They deduct minimum guaranteed income of an employee, I. E., salary every month, whenever sale keeps coming down and never pay back the deducted salaries, but keep promising to pay back.
