Dislikes

I don’t find much to like about this company. The only benefit seems to be a basic salary, with no medical benefits or leave options. The company has strict rules, requiring nine hours on-site every day, and any early departures require formal leave applications. I also dislike how they disturb employees with calls even during emergencies or unexpected situations.
