Able to learn only if we get good projects.

Dislikes

Will not get salary on time, maybe on 10th or 15th of every month. Salary is very low. Don't have internal projects, there main income is by outsourcing that to by telling wrong experience(if you 1 year of experience then they will other companies you will have 4-5 years)

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
