The initial policies and benefits were great but with change in ownership changed things.

As a growth focused company spreading in all channels of trade is crucial but lack of proper SKU distribution, cross market infiltration and a blind approach to management left most employees unsatisfied with work. Unhealthy work culture from senior management. I was fortunate to have a supportive immediate senior who is a great andtrue leader yet the people above him were not so competent or considerate of the teams effort. Achieving ones' own target at the expense of their teammate's is not something I appreciate on a personal or professional level. Lastly, the comical attempt to trick employees out of their incentives was a final blow to the coffin really. Almost everyone from all Product Lines left after this horrendous policy....Read More
