After almost three years here, I can say this is one of the best workplaces I've been in. I've improved my analyst skills and moved forward in my role. The company cares about employee well-being, offering health insurance to seniors and accidental insurance to mid-level and entry-level staff. I appreciate the support and well-being assistance I receive.

Glad to say I don't have any negatives to share from my end.

I'm a former employee of Croissance Clinical Research and I have learned alot from the subordinates and superiors and I would like to thank for the opportunity given by the organization to me. It's a great company for who wants learn about Clinical Research.

Need to increase some employee related policies.

Work Details

I was struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
