HR Processes - are very sketchy and filled with loopholes, owing to which there is no guarantee that your performance through the year will reflect in the annual appraisals. The annual numbers are decided on the whims of country head and general manager. Company Culture - has nose dived to chaos and politically motivated. So, if youhave that special capability to appease the powers that are, you will make progress, otherwise irrespective of the work you do for company, you can and will be shunted. Job security - None!
