Salary is paid out on time. Generally, this place has understanding and helpful colleagues and seniors.
Dislikes
The workload is extremely high. On several days, you end up working way beyond shift hours. The pay structure and appraisals are also disappointing. Even though editors are expected to work under very tight deadlines, even the most minor of misses are focused on and feedback is provided. The office space is cramped. No leaves on national holidays or public holidays in the name of capacity too. There is zero work/life balance, and you end up losing yourself to the incessant workload, regardless of how good you are with time management....Read More

Nepotism. People who will praise upper management and would indulgent into person conversation with them, would go on smoke breaks with them will get benefit over hard working employees.
Talent dies not speak here, buttering managers of CS team does.
