Learning is limited, Career growth opportunities are less for a BA as proper BA work is not there, Appraisal / Increment did not happen for 2019-20 cycle, bonus + variables was reduced, leaves were made to lapse but the company has tried to compensate a little bit in 2020-21 cycle.
