Sugar syrup features only like flexible work timing, coffee, affordable lunch. No career upliftment activities like job rotation, knowledge sharing, on job training, seminar & conferences. They don't see as employee investment rather only as expenses.

Dislikes

V.P. category people will take all credits of subordinates and sack them. Since most of them are very nearer to vice chairman. There is no whistle blower policy and nobody will reach MD and he also won't like feedback and not listen to anybody.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
