Incompetent and very poor senior management Policies are not employee centric Employees are just treated as meagre tools and resources The organisation policies changes at the will of management without even thinking the impact it will have on employees work. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
