in the crest Premadia solution pvt. ltd. working environment is very good also training culture, teammates were very supportive and friendly they like family, in this org. job security and job growth is like average category,about politics i never seen when i was working, I thing overall its nice experience work with Crest.

I worked in the quality analyst tean and my role is to give 100% quality using oxygen tools which is display human erroes.We first analysis product requirement and go through that way,the examining samples of raw products or directing testing during work.

The company cheated us, we are interstate employee, the company take interview in Delhi at South-Ex, we move from Delhi to Pune, but the happiness get disolved in a sadness, after a year the company makes several efforts on us to resign from job, on excuse of discipline Income Tax declaration, Personal Improvement Plan, etc

Several time the company ask to do more than 12hrs of work performance, basically the management side is not good
