Team politics, no proper training department. Only ONE person handles all about the training. Very unprofessional & moody trainer. So much of freedom to selected people. Favouritism. Partiality. Gossiping. So much of groupism. Old team members don't welcome the new joinees. Increment is not that good- few people get too much hike& few people get very less despite working too much.
