I just like that company doesn't have so much work so you can improve you skill in game zone.

The team is not supportive, Team leaders have different level of attitude, never guide juniour for work, some employes are good in work but they just appriciate who have just good speaking skills, you can't grow by your self just need someones support. Crest Data Systems is not a stable company. From August 2022 to May 2023, Crest Data Systems did layoffs 3 times. For the first time in August 2022, the company recruited the freshers from the colleges and gave offer letters. After a month, they unselected more than 50% of the freshers. The second time at the end of March 2023, more than 100 employees with 1, 2, or 3 years of experience have been laid off from the Pune and Ahmedabad both locations. Third time, in the May 2023 company, the company forced interns to continue an internship for the extra one month, and at the end of the month, the company did not convert around 70% of deserving interns into full time. Crest Data Systems says that they have a very transparent culture, but in reality, they don't relieve a single thing. When 2nd time layoffs happened at that time, it has already been decided that they will lay off interns, too. I saw interns ask the HRs and management about their job confirmations daily, but the HRs and management team didn't answer them at all. Also, they don't provide certifications. Even for the learning purpose, they don't purchase any kind of course for employees. They simply download the udemy outdated courses from somewhere and upload it. Now the main point is that the management team behaves very rudely to the employees. No sympathy for any laid-off employee. The management team can not make any type of good decision. Now, the question is why they laid off employees. So, we noticed that if an employee has completed a project and now he/she is waiting for another project. If his/her skills are matched with other project requirements, then that employee will be assigned to that new project if the position is available in the team. Otherwise, if an employee has some set of skills and the company has no existing project, which needs this set of skills. In this situation, Crest Data Systems will not provide a time to learn other new skills. They laid off all of these employees. No matter how good an employee has performed in a previous project. If you don't believe me, then you can ask the employees who laid off by Crest Data Systems.
