At the team leval the culture is good the dm is good and work culture is not that much good you need to attend the client call after the working hour two days in week

Job security is 0 they may terminate your offer any time and ask you to leave the company in 5 days. If company layout you still they say that you have resigned from the company never trust on this company. Many things to add: 1. No professionalism 2. Owners keep on shouting without knowing the background 3. Partiality have higher grounds here so if you are privileged or lucky then you have a good career here. 4. People keep on cutting talks about one or the other folks.
