The job responsibilities are all about collection and hardly about analysing and assisting about the credit reports. The higher management judge you only and only on the basis of the collection met. Luckily the employees are supportive but employers are trying hard to turn the organization into just another collection agency. Your skills can't grow working here. Job Security? ZERO. They might ask you to leave any day. They demotivate you to carry on with your higher studies parallely. The floor is always talking about collections. The work pressure is such that even when you are at home you keep thinking about the collection numbers and in return all you get is your basic pay with little or no incentives at all. In short, the title of Analyst is just a myth and whole day will be spent making outbound calls asking the defaulters to repay their debts. The most important part is if you are over qualified for your job role the management will push you down and force you to believe that the only thing you are worth of is what they make you do whole day.
