Nothing to like here, the sole HR is incompetent and lazy, will make you do her job. If you don't have any skills then you can get a job here.

Dislikes

Very hard to exit the organization on your own, They don't give you any sick leaves, no earned leaves only casual leaves are given. Every festival they will request you to work. No concept of Overtime here. They get rid of married women so they don't have to give maternity leaves. Will just make you proofread legal notices (which they generate on a scale) from an excel sheet all day, 6 days a week. Very boring work. Poor work culture....Read More

Not much to like, sometimes the joiners are from good colleges. Jobs to freshers

Dislikes

Nothing to learn, no perks of working here, miser management doesn't want to spend on employees. Hard to leave easily due to 3 months long notice period and 1 year working commitment while joining. Feels like you're trapped

No learning and career growth. They don’t care to retain any employee. They believe to get 10 fresher rather than to pay more to experienced one. That’s why maximum employees leave after completing one year in company at max.
