No job security. Only CEO and 1/2 managers are knowledgeable. Not professional company, changes norms and policies according to company benefits. Bad work culture and environment. Forget work-life balance, bad management from team lead and managers , employees work overnight. Generally, according to norms confirmation duration is 6months and appraisal is happened 6 month after confirmation but in reality they don't give confirmation in 6 months some of employee got confirm after 12,14,16 months. Company put bond at time of hr discussion only and have compulsory bond of 1,2 and 3 years. Having more politics. Most of team lead and manager are not knowledgeable. No career growth.
