Let me expose the truth behind the so-called positive reviews on Glassdoor, Ambitionbox: they all originate from the top management. The marketing tem manipulates employees into uploading fabricated paras onto Glassdoor, Ambitionbox & Google as well. Work life balance is appauling. People re expected to toil day and night, both in office and at home. And when they have audacity to request overtime payments, the heartless manager dismisses them, claiming that this isn't a government organization Zero respect for employees. It doesn't matter how many years of experience or dedication you've invested in the company; you can be terminated at any given moment. It's as if refusing to work overtime or challenging an illogical timeline is a crime. Leaves? Forget about it. Sick leave? Paid leave? These are nothing but distant dreams. The employee policy is the worst you can imagine. They expect you to sacrifice sleep, meals, and your personal life, all while being on call at midnight. Freshers might initially be excited about the plethora of technologies they can work with and learn from. But the bitter reality is that the company tailors your learning and career path to suit their own need and business goals. They couldn't care less about your growth. And let's not forget their laughable attempt at training: a YouTube playlist. Yes, that's right. They have the audacity to pass off a YouTube playlist as a proper training program.
