Nothing to like.. Unprofessional organization with dirty politics at senior level. Co was without a CEO for last 4 years as none of the new 2 new CEO's who joined could survive the terrible culture more than a couple of days/months.

Dislikes

Lala culture. Performance is not rewarded. Closeness to promoters matters. Unprofessional directionless team who impose their shortcomings and failures on the team below and keep sacking them to save their jobs. Previous team under Mr Nitin Arora was excellent but since his exit the organization is clueless and the sales have dropped almost 45% and market share down. Trade and channel partners have also started shifting to other brands like Havmor & Walls. Working starts from 7:30 am and the seniors keep calling till late night and expect you to be on the phone 24 hrs. None of the Business Heads are competent for handle a job 2 levels below their position and are not competent to help or guide their teams except for shouting and asking them to quit every 3-4 months. High attrition level since last 4 years. No growth for performers but people close to promoters have a bright future by just doing nothing except saying YES SIR.. YES SIR. No work life balance and family life is totally destroyed. No weekly offs for frontline sales staff. No regular appraisals and negligible increments even if they happen. Top senior 4-5 managers have destroyed the organization and the brand but the owners seem to turn a blind eye inspite of seeing the downward fall of the brand in last 4 years.
