I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. This is the worst organisation I have ever been into. There is no one who is honest and transparent says something and does something. No one here is a man of words. Feels like you are begging for your own hard earned money. They do fraud with the students and the employees both and they will not pay you your salary for months and then when you resign first they will promise to give all documents and then deny saying you haven't served notice period forgetting about the fact that the months they haven't paid salary for comes under notice period anyways. Worst organisation, they will not give you placement after training. I have given them 33k rupees for training & they are giving me false promise that you will be getting placed after completion of training. These mentors like Chinmay Kulkarni, Snehal, Dishani Girghangi just give fake promises of placement & even Pradnya Manager too.
