The company is very good to innovation. I love the fact that I am part of team.It's very good company where you got time for learn many things about retailing independently yourself. Growth are bit seem to slow where you not will take growth gradually in your life but you sustain comfortable on same desingnation.

Here major problem is management are not consistent which directly affect on business and staff management. ..

It's been long journey in my life in single company .It's very good company in terms of SOP than their management. but I didn't got satisfactionally growth as per company promise . Finally taken a decision for switch the company for growth in my life.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
