The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. All staff and co-workers are technically strong in their work. For new joiner good company to learn about Industry and how the company process. You can contact to any person in company or management as and when required without any hesitation. Company Policies are good. Teammates are excellent and supportive.

Dislikes

You can be asked to leave the job at any moment of time, so no job security. People are over loaded with ample of work. Company is filled with corporate politics so be careful. As it is service providing company so work life balance is ok. All the company values are followed just by on field sales & service team. Middle Management &office staff works as if govt. job. Owner Driven Company so for each and every decision you have to get approved from owner or MD....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
