They main reason is they afford food and accommodations

Dislikes

There is no security for job even an staff grade employee suddenly looses his job without prior info they will not expell you, they make you to do it Industrial accidents is a common one and company doesn't pay attention towards victims Work life balance - it's a awkward question people working here are found to be with huge stress Salary would be pretty good

Work Details

It's a boring one you can't learn new things up here You will be dominated by seniors Your work won't be appreciated or come in to focus unless you are a close to manager You will find yourself with a lot of stress

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
