Very partial, politics is very high, career growth is very poor due to politics, salary and appraisal is low, Heads are ignorant about the issues framed by the sub ordinates..real and true workers do not have any recognition or appreciation from the school..if a teacher is liked they appreciate whatever is done if not the real successful teachers behind the schools growth is not noticed.
