The planning of any project, in reality, doesn't exist in this company. Its just bending your head job. If any senior leaders check something online by some other brand copy the same strategy and roll out the campaign. very sad. Employee retention is very bad . People working over here have the secondary business and focused more into it.

CPF is not a great company to work. There is discrimination between thai employee and Indian employees. Indians are secondary in terms of any facilities or respect in work shown.
