It was a very good learning experience. Bosses were very supportive and helpful.

Company policies are not employee friendly. Specially leave policies need to revised. As per Policy employee who has not completed one year can not take more than 3 leaves at a time. One can not club optional leave and comp off. Leave policies are pathetic. HR is not at all supportive. During season too much work pressure. Some timeneed to work 7 days a week. And need to attend many phone calls even if you are on leave. Working hours are more than 10 hours a day....Read More
