Dislikes

Toxic leadership, favouritism, unrealistic deadlines created anxiety based environment. Employees were treated disposable with no regard to mental health, growth or respect. Poor planning, humiliating feedbacks, and no support from managers made each day a struggle. Avoid if you have self respect. People there have lost it.

The Founder and the Co-Founder are very rude, the HR is not good and the team Peoples & Culture are not supportive. This is a complete startup company and not sure for how much times this company will remain.
