There is a lot of politics. Very bad environment staff is very bad behavior like name of 1. Fire Manager Sanjay sharma 2. Security Manager Ravinder Thakur 3. Director NC sharma HR it's very bad people here.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond or 6 months before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I feel lucky when I came here in country inn but at work place there is no suitable for toilet & not having a proper shed to their employees. They forcefully gave the 12hours shift which probably makes 13 to 14 hours job for employees then rest of the time what we do. We rest or do our personal things, we didn't get much time for us. So it's terrible to work like this type of environment.
