I must say work culture is really good .all staff and seniors are friendly and helpful. I really dont understand why people talk bad about this company where I m working here from last 4 years and having no problem with anything .so far all going good and best only as I have worked with mahindra holidays for 5 years but here I got freedom of work and growth in income .

They do not offer corporate training everything u have to learn ur own .

Company is good but local hod doesn't do justice to the employee because hod wants to give advantage to their relatives only.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
