Fraud people, fooling their employees, and their clients, force to make fake sales and later disappear and ghost. They threaten people with legal notices and silence down the victims, mentally paralysis a ton of women and students, and have been the worst nightmare for them.

Work Culture is good Management is superb because of the management team Job Security - If i talk about this, it`s all depends upon the performance because as per the designation in sales we`re the revenue generator for the company, if we did not perform so I think we also not deserve that designation. All over it was good.

Not anything everyone is good on the floor, because all the seniors were very supportive and kind. Even, enjoyed a lot meanwhile I was working with Counsel India. If I get a chance to work with Counsel India then definitely I love to be a part of the Organisation

In Counsel india, you will get leaves easily, but yes it totally depends upon your you and and the respective managers bond, not so pressure to punch in early and stay much long after office hours, most good thing that company CEO is not so far from you or you can say CEO sir is reachable to you when you required to meet him.

In dislikes: No job security Incentive policy and not smooth disbursal In policy mandatory alternative saturday and sundays are off but when you are on the floor, reality is different. Sometimes, you find that you were working continuously from last 15 days and all your satudays and sundays are skipped.. So for sure, organization is not able to meet the criteria of work life balance set..

I had an extremely disappointing experience working with Counsel India. The company leadership lack respect for its employees. They use abusive language and resort to shouting at employees when issues are raised. The company makes fake promises during appraisals time and fails deliver on them, even after 3months - 6 months or 1 year. The change policies regularly, often implementing policies that re not legal or ethical. One of the most concerning issues is regarding the Provident Fund (PF). The company deducts PF from employees salaries every month but fails to create the PF account and other then PF there were other deductions which you will ask for they create stories but will not provide anything. This is a clear violation of trust and employee rights. Salary payments are irregular, and employees are often not paid on time. When employees inquire about their salary, they are called into the cabin and subjected to verbal abuse. Furthermore, the company lacks basic facilities for its employee washroom are poorly maintained and the quality of water provide sometimes you find insects in it it is very substandard. Some managers behave unprofessional and despite the complainants the management take no action against them because the bring revenue or sales to the company. The CEO and Chairman themselves shoe a lack of respect toward managers and publicly insult them. They take deep interest in your personal life as well they ask you certain personal questions. I like nothing about this place. It's a fraud company, and it is doing things illegally.

It is the worst company to work with. Management is very biased, and the psychologists working here are creating a mess in people's lives. They take out all the confidential stuff in the name of the IDP session and say everything to management, and management terminates or asks for a resignation from the employee. HR and the CEO of the company are entirely responsible for the mental harassment. They keep long long meetings to just torture the employee and then ask for resignation They keep everything hidden from the employees and then torture them with loads of work and other work that doesn't belong to the assigned departments. There was no work-life balance and no weekends off. It was the worst ever experience with Counsel India, and when I joined it, they didn't offer the salary they promised to offer; they made a fake commitment, and when being asked for the proper written salary commitment, they started torturing for termination.
