In IIP Dehradun, Temporary employees such as project associate are very badly treated by permanent employees which is very bad. All rules and regulations are imposed only on project associate. About 80% permanent employees are undeserving as per their post. All strict action take place only on PAs. There is no job security and increment.

Undoubtedly CSIR IIP is one of the leading institute with potential of giving more sustainable future fuel. It attributed with state of the art instrument facilities. Despite of tremendous potential, due to confine research arena, creative research is not flourishing. But I hope new dawn will come and things will change.
