For the carrier starting COTMAC is a good company, but you have to work hard to learn the things your own and build carrier.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

You have to roam around the country for several project calls, service calls. Increments are not based on what you done in the year, it is completely based on your manager recommendation.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
