Team is the backbone of any company/department. My colleagues are the best thing I had throughout my journey and the support they provide throughout my tenure.

Lack of training to employees. Salary is what everyone expect to be more. Cotmac has basic salary wages.

I had to been working for global/international department where time is the main issue as we have to come early and get back to home late. The work culture in department is excellent everyone is so cooperative and helpful.
