Some people's are really supported for each activity Company provide training of every freshers with also give a pay.

12 hrs duty in shop floor without extra overtime. Politics in between Production and head office employees. Production managers behaviour not good against new people's.

Just becouse they have a great politics hiding in background that you cannot complaint about their employees 😏, If u a re a new traine and works at COTAMAC ELECTRONICS and someone harsh you on call for just personal work life tht time u cannot compliant to your boss thts unfair and u r restricted, fired, out , dismiss, rejected,form the company 🤔💀 what kind of the work they are doing 🙏
