Took care of the crew during pandemic year, and kept safe. Rest all the facilities and policies are average.

Bias management, food quality for crew is very low, more focused on cost cutting, unplanned joinings for crew, life onboard works more on connections instead of professionalism, nationality bias, promotions for incapable crew.

Its a very good experience to working with costa cruise line, I'm very fortunate to get selected for the job because it's one the the top cruising company in europe, the working environment is good and they take care of there employees. It's good company to work with.

Dislikes

Salary is little low and career growth is not good as it's basically based on italian and Spanish speaking clients so you have to learn atleast italian to get growth faster.

The job as a waiter is quite different according to land but it's interesting work load is too much at the starting but you will be habitual to that as time pass . At first it is very difficult to get collaborated with the ship life
