Good work environment.teammate support. But in emergency company don't have fund to provide the crew's. they have also family suffer from covid 19 and lockdown.Please focus on it.

There are some police are not good by company.mostly management not support to our issues.I am also struggling long time to only 1 promotion approximately I had 4 years in company but not getting single promotion.there so much discrimination by senior position. No body listen our voice.please give us promotion those are really deserved. Thank you

We get to work with the different kind of chef from all around the world and we get to travel different places of the world.

Dislikes

Most dislike part is we won't get any leave when we work on the ship 12 hours of work everyday and they don't pay the salary when we are on the vacation Atleast half of the salary has to be payed

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
