Company's system, If I talk about upper level people, HR department, pay roll, project, vender, transportation and maintenance department overall worst and the company does not provide their CSA's salary in a sufficient package. So staff is run away most of the time. They hired me as a Café manager but without any training they do not have a training department too. Completely worst experience even I worked their without have an off for two months. Because of lack of salary. I faced it in Devyani international limited franchise outlet.
