I would thanks to grown up my coffee knowledge and company does pay their salary on time, that what I like only.

Company's system, If I talk about upper level people, HR department, pay roll, project, vender, transportation and maintenance department overall worst and the company does not provide their CSA's salary in a sufficient package. So staff is run away most of the time. They hired me as a Café manager but without any training they do not have a training department too. Completely worst experience even I worked their without have an off for two months. Because of lack of salary. I faced it in Devyani international limited franchise outlet. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
