There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

They don't care about their employees. They'll never pickup your phone, neither call you back, your queries will remain as it is for months. No one takes liability of the employees. You have to ask 10 times for just a basic thing.

There is no work pressure in CIPL company or on the client side, it is like a government sector, there is working side for 5 days, salary is on time and earned leave is also available from the company.

Dislikes

The biggest problem is the appraisal of CPL company, but even after giving 100% to the company, it is not able to correct the appraisal.
